Stainless Steel Regulating High-Temperature Mix Proof Valve for Food Processing
This valve is composed of a self-drainable body which provides acid resistance as made up of stainless steel; This shape helps by offering a minimum resistance to the inline flow which in turn offers the minimum pressure drop. Due to the valves one-piece compact construction the space can be during the valve installation. Thanks to the open yoke system valve plug can easily be cleaned. The valves are water hammer safe because of the balanced valve stems.
Working Principles
These valves allow the simultaneous flows of two liquids, because of the design of the valve it helps creating a creating an isolated chamber for the passage of both of the liquid. In
case of the failure of any of seal in any individual port the fluid comes down to the leak detection port without letting the mix of 2 fluids. This valve is also having a feature of chamber cleaning, where the chamber between 2 seat is cleaned independently.
