The stainless steel sanitary self-priming pump is designed to provide an efficient and pollution-free fluid conveying solution, especially for industries that require high hygiene standards. Its self-priming function allows the pump to automatically suck in liquid when it starts, eliminating the trouble of pre-filling traditional pumps, and improving the simplicity and efficiency of operation. The structure and material design of the pump prevents secondary pollution during liquid delivery. Its superior corrosion resistance and stability ensure reliability and accuracy of flow control during long-term operation.
Working Principles
The working principle of the stainless steel sanitary self-priming pump is based on the combination of fluid self-priming and centrifugal force. At first, a certain vacuum state is maintained in the pump body. When it is started, the liquid is sucked into the pump cavity through the suction port. The impeller in the pump rotates, using centrifugal force to push the liquid from the suction port to the outside of the pump, and at the same time, pressure is generated to push the fluid to the pipeline system. The key to the self-priming pump is its built-in gas separation device, which can automatically discharge air when the pump is started, ensuring that the liquid is smoothly transported without external suction. As the pump continues to run, the mixture of gas and liquid is gradually discharged until the pump cavity is completely filled with liquid.

Features
● A micro-bubble separation chamber is specially designed inside the stainless steel sanitary self-priming pump. The residual bubbles are automatically separated and discharged from the system by using the density difference between liquid and bubbles.
● The surface of the stainless steel sanitary self-priming pump is specially polished and treated with liquid film affinity, so that the residual liquid forms a uniform film in the pump chamber to keep the self-priming chamber moist.
● The impeller of the stainless steel sanitary self-priming pump adopts a multi-dimensional dynamic balance adaptive structure, which can fine-tune the operating balance point in real time according to the viscosity, density or gas-liquid ratio of the conveyed liquid, reduce operating vibration and impeller eccentric wear.
● The stainless steel sanitary self-priming pump is equipped with a negative pressure fine-tuning device, which can automatically adjust the internal negative pressure according to the length of the feed pipeline or the liquid level difference, and always maintain the optimal self-priming negative pressure range.
● The stainless steel sanitary self-priming pump is designed with a special dry area channel to guide the dead corner liquid that cannot be emptied to the easy-to-discharge area to avoid long-term residual liquid retention.
● The stainless steel sanitary self-priming pump uses a special low expansion coefficient stainless steel alloy, combined with a double-end precision positioning structure. Even during high-temperature disinfection or hot material transportation, the thermal expansion of the shaft is always controlled at the micron level to maintain axial symmetry.
Application
Stainless steel sanitary self-priming pumps are mainly used in industries with high requirements for hygiene standards. Food and beverage industry: used to transport milk, beverages, juice, syrup, etc., to meet high hygiene requirements. Dairy industry: used in milk powder production, liquid milk transportation, pasteurized milk cooling circulation and other processes. Pharmaceutical industry: used to transport liquid medicine, water for injection, sterile liquid, etc., in line with GMP requirements. Biological fermentation industry: used to transport fermentation liquid, culture medium, enzyme preparations, etc., to ensure no pollution. Brewing industry: used to transport wine, saccharification liquid, fermentation liquid, etc., to avoid odor and pollution.
