This sanitary manual divert valve operates via a simple, robust mechanical mechanism. When the ergonomic L-shaped handle is rotated, it drives a precision-machined plug or ball within the valve body to rotate. This action redirects the fluid flow between the inlet and either of the two outlet ports, allowing for on-demand switching of process streams.

The valve’s crevice-free, polished internal surfaces ensure that the flow path remains smooth and free of dead zones, preventing fluid retention and contamination. Its tri-clamp design maintains a tight, hygienic seal, and the stainless steel construction ensures the mechanism resists corrosion and wear, delivering consistent, reliable performance even under frequent use.
