STAINLESS STEEL PTFE Seat Ring Keystone Transformer Butterfly Valve

The stainless steel  butterfly valve is a hygienic flow control device designed for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotech processing. It uses a rotating disc to regulate or isolate media with a simple quarter-turn operation. The double flange design ensures strong, secure pipeline connections and precise alignment. Manufactured from high-grade stainless steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance, smooth internal surfaces, and easy cleaning, meeting strict sanitary standards while providing reliable, efficient performance.

The butterfly disk is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline. When the butterfly valve in the pipeline, the disk rotates around the axis line, and the rotation angle range is between 0-90 degree. When the valve does not rotate at 0 degree, the valve disk is closed. When the valve rotates to 90 degree, the valve disk is opened absolutely.
