Description

The stainless steel sanitary welded duckbill butterfly valve is designed for high-hygienic standard industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and bioengineering, aiming to achieve aseptic sealing, corrosion resistance, and efficient fluid control. Its duckbill valve seat fits tightly with the butterfly plate to avoid medium residue and ensure dead-angle flow, meeting GMP, FDA and other certification requirements. The valve body is made of 316L stainless steel, with a polished surface, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, and supports CIP/SIP online sterilization. The butterfly valve has a simple structure, can be quickly opened and closed by rotating 90°, reducing pressure loss, and is suitable for high-purity media transportation. Welding connections (such as TIG welding) ensure pipeline sealing and avoid the risk of contamination of flanges or threaded interfaces. This design improves fluid control efficiency while ensuring hygiene and safety, and is a key component of high-clean process systems.
