The steam trap achieves automatic drainage by controlling the valve's opening and closing with a thermostatic element. When condensate or cold water enters the valve body, the thermostatic element contracts, opening the valve to expel condensate and air from the pipes. When high-temperature steam or superheated water arrives, the thermostatic element expands, pushing the valve closed to prevent steam or hot water leakage. As the system temperature changes, the valve continuously cycles open and close, achieving efficient drainage, energy-saving operation, and ensuring temperature stability and operational safety of the superheated water system.
