STAINLESS STEEL F&T Inverted 304 3/4” Monitor Steam Trap

This stainless steel steam trap achieves automatic drainage through an inverted tank and float mechanism. When condensate enters the valve body, the inverted tank sinks, opening the valve to discharge condensate and air; as steam arrives, the inverted tank rises to close the valve, preventing steam leakage. A built-in monitoring module records valve opening/closing and temperature status in real time, transmitting signals to help maintenance personnel assess drainage performance. This valve can efficiently drain water from steam tracing lines, heat exchangers, and small industrial pipelines, while also enabling online monitoring and preventative maintenance to ensure stable system operation.
